- We will provide you the results of
the audits and are available to go on-site to review the results with your clients.
- We make sure that all audits
performed are in accordance to the direction your services are focused towards.
- We take care of preparing and
processing all of the paperwork needed for your clients.
- We will properly manage the
orders with the carriers as well as keep you & your clients updated and informed as to the status of their orders.

3. Our Back-Office Support The value add that we bring to our clients as well as our partners is based on the relationships we have with our vendors.
- We have a 24x7 Client Services
Group that is available via eMail and our toll-free access for both you and your customers to use.
- We process and manage all
service tickets with our vendor so you or your customers do not have to deal directly with the vendors.
- We make sure that none of the
service tickets are closed until we verify with you and your customers that the issues are resolved to your liking.
