|Auditing Your Current Services (Phase I):
In this phase we audit your current voice & data services with your current carriers for all of your
locations. We audit these services against the competitive carriers we have relationships with and
their technologies they have available for all of your locations. In this process we sit with you to
discuss your company's need and are able to analyze the best options for technology changes as
well as find cost effective solutions to your current solutions.
Along with producing a savings we are also able to bring technologies to clients that they never had
access to before with the "local telephone company". Where as you may be told that a certain
technology is not available from one carrier, we have a host of carriers for that technology who can
bring you services.
In the end we provide you a comprehensive review the savings, vendors & technologies available to
your locations. Normally these savings range from 30-60% and for most companies ends up being a
substantial amount on an annual basis.
|Migration of Your Services (Phase II):
After the audits have been completed we will sit down and review which options fit your needs. In this review we will not only look at the best
savings from the carriers & technologies we present to you but will also review the pro's and con's of each as well . Overall our goal is to
make sure you are fully informed as to you choices so you can make an educated decision or which vendors and technologies are the best
for your company.
Based on this review process if you want to change carriers we will fully manage the migration of your services so you do not have to be
involved. We will project manage this whole process for your company and will do this in conjunction with your current hardware vendors you
currently use. If you do not have any hardware vendors or are unhappy with the hardware vendors you are currently using we can provide you
a list of vendor to choose from that we know do a good job at a fair rate.
|Management Of Your Services (Phase III):
This is where our services & value add really shines for our clients and a service that most of our competition will not provide. In this phase
we completely remove the headaches associated in dealing with the carriers directly on any issues or changes that need to be made with
the vendors. We offer a unique 24x7x365 service to our clients where we actually manage your relationships with the carriers we represent
rather than you having to deal with the carriers directly.
We are able to do this via the relationship we have with our carriers which prevents us from having to use standard customer service reps.
We utilize channel managers & channel support teams who have a direct responsibility to us in ensuring our clients are happy with their
services. This is the accountability we are able to provide our clients that they can not get directly on their own and that most in our industry
will not provide. Overall, this phase eliminates you having to deal with the carriers on any issues that need to be resolved or any changes you
want to your services.
