MACC, Inc was started back in 2004 in response to the expansion of the telecom and internet access industries. As more and more companies entered this realm, it created options but it also created confusion. The influx of new companies and new technologies made it confusing as to which services were actually available to them as well as which were most beneficial to their operations as well as. Adding to this confusion was the manner in which these options were being presented to businesses by direct representatives; which were not always honest. And the largest issue we saw, were businesses being locked into multi-year agreements with carriers who provided less than par support.

So we designed MACC to be more focused on supporting our clients rather than the carriers we represent....by taking away the pains of having to deal with telecom services for your business. We do the due diligence to ensure what carriers and technologies are available to your location. We discuss in detail your operations to see which of these services are right for your business. We generate telecom audits so you can see exactly the financial savings that will be generate. And on the support end, we bring to our clients a level of accountability you can't get with the carrier on your own....with a 24x7 level of support with the carriers at the support level we have with the carriers vs dealing with them on your own.

OUR VISION

It's simple....we don't want to be viewed as just a vendor. We want to be viewed as your out-sourced Telecom Director. We do not bill our client at all for ANY of our services and are paid by the carriers to take care of our clients. And on that end, we are one of the few telecom brokers that are paid equally by all of our carriers and we also hold absolutely no quota objectives with ANY of our carriers. That is to remove the bias that a lot of brokers have in pushing a solution that benefits them vs their customers. The only bias we have on our end is NOT bringing carriers to the table that we know are having issues. Because any issues you have with the solutions we bring to you, become our issues to resolve.

And if your business already has a telecom or IT staff or 3rd party vendors that performs the connectivity vendor management functions, there is no conflict. The services & support we bring to the table only enhances their support to these individuals within your company. By having MACC deal with all carrier related functions (ie following orders, chasing down support tickets, etc...) that frees up your telecom & IT staff to focus on other items internally. And guarantee you that they will love the aspect of not having to open & chase tickets anymore with any of the carriers too.

Bottom line....you will not find this level of accountability and support with any carrier on your own nor will you find it with most of the telecom brokers in our market.
